About Andrew

I coach people who feel overwhelmed, unstructured, or stuck in unsustainable patterns - blending discipline, compassion and high-performance habits with breathwork, nervous system regulation, and emotional awareness.

My own journey into this work began over six years ago, following a period of anxiety, grief, and internal pressure that outward success alone couldn’t solve. Through talk therapy, conscious connected breathwork, meditation, Vision Quest, and plant medicine ceremonies, I learned how to regulate my nervous system, process grief, and reconnect with myself in a grounded, sustainable way.

Alongside this inner work, I’ve always lived a disciplined, performance-driven life.

I spent eight years working as a chef in high pressure kitchens, co-founded a food & lifestyle business, and later built a content creation agency. Outside of work, I’ve consistently challenged myself physically and mentally - completing ultramarathons and an Ironman 70.3, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and competing as a former Leinster cricket representative.

My work today is also deeply informed by ongoing training in psychology, therapeutic practice, and sport & performance psychology - shaping a coaching style that understands both the mind and the nervous system, not just habits and behaviour.

This combination of inner work, psychological understanding, and external discipline shapes how I coach.

Together, we work on building structure, habits, emotional regulation, and recovery practices that support both performance and wellbeing.

No spiritual bypassing.
