About Andrew

My Breathwork and Meditation journey began over six years ago... a turning point that helped me reconnect with myself and live more intentionally. Since then, I’ve deepened that work through talk therapy, plant medicine, and conscious connected breathwork - practices that continue to shape how I show up for myself, in life and for others.

I spent eight years as a chef, co-founded Two Chaps Deli, and now run a content creation business helping brands tell better stories. With a Certificate in Sport & Performance Psychology, I apply a mindset of discipline and growth in everything I do - from business to personal practice.

Outside of work, I’ve always challenged myself:

• Ultramarathon & Ironman 70.3 finisher

• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt

• Former Leinster cricket representative

This space is for those exploring wellness, healing, and conscious living - a place to breathe, slow down, and come back to yourself.
